About Alexa
Welcome to Alexa’s official web site. Alexa, from Camberley,
Surrey is a young vocalist with incredible energy consumed by her
love for performing. Alexa recently completed a major US tour as vocalist with
the Trans-Siberian Orchestra - One of America's most successful
touring bands. They performed in 44 arenas on the east tour across
America and Canada including Pittsburgh, Montreal, Toronto,
Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit and Washington, DC.
Alexa is currently writing &
recording new tracks here in the UK in between trips to Berlin where
her songs are being produced & mastered.
Said Alexa; "Singing has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember.
By the age of three I was singing Whitney Houston's 'Greatest Love of All'
on karaoke! My main influences in music have always been
Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Tina Turner, and
Maria Carey. But lately I have taken interest in some of the world's greatest
singers, such as Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Otis Redding, Donny Hathaway,
Stevie Wonder and many, many more. For me, music is life!"
Now at just 19 years of age Alexa has had much experience working with
her own live band and had many studio sessions with various
european producers.
We all know how hard it is to break the record industry. But Alexa is
working with a determined group of experienced producers & writers
who have a shared belief in her, collaborating throughout Europe,
recording in Switzerland and more regularly in Berlin working with highly respected R & B producer Thomas Schmidt.
